Editorial Comments

Its hard to imagine that last year, 2006, this publication was only a wild concept in my mind. My original idea was to show professionalism, objectivity, and usefullness.  Not only for the general reader, but for the librarian, the book store owner, and the publisher.  Now, thanks to you, our loyal readers, on the net, in the papers, at libraries, at the publishers .... we are begining to see many more suggestions about what you want to find when you open our pages weekly.  Our visit statistics from our ISP and our bandwidth usage are both climbing significantly.   Thank you all for recommending our site to all of your friends.  Please continue to do so!

One of the changes you are going to see starting in April, is that I am slowing down the official update publication from a weekly to bi-weekly basis.  The increased work with the new additions and new professional and academic critics beginning to submit to this site, has become a bit much for me to edit and get into layout weekly.

And of course, as always, I'm constantly looking for those rare reviewers who are hunting a home for their independant critics.  If that happens to be you, write to me via the address below.  Actually, when I take 30 seconds to ponder, ... if you want to help in any way possible, write to me.  We will figure something out.
Mike
